We loved the attention to detail in the room - from the cozy robes to the long towel rug and extra hooks. The hotel facilities were excellent and the adventure park staff were outstanding. The location of the hotel in a Japanese forest was breathtaking. The car service available to and from town was very helpful.

The retreat provided top-notch wellness guides and instructors, as well as a vegan menu, which was tailored to our dietary preference. the grounds and rooms are beautiful and spacious, making for a comfortable stay.

Limited food and amenity options in the hotel shop. the front desk and pre-arrival staff were not as helpful as expected, including mistakes made when planning transportation.
